Fedora 43 Is Out! How About an AI Policy, too?

Описание: Fedora 43 was released on October 28th and the rollout is going quite good thanks to the new and improved Anaconda installer on the spins (Workstation had it a little while ago) and Gnome is now Wayland-only, the first desktop to do so.

But starting about a month ago, a new policy was brewing that would allow AI contributions into Fedora, and subsequently, anything that relies on Fedora as an upstream. The ticket was first introduced in early October, and finally got its "official" release, a few days before 43.

How will this ultimately go? Time will tell, but it seems like folks have already made up their minds.
