Improving Project Financial Performance wit Fast Wins
Once we have defined the project and we can start with the execution, we can improve financial performance by identifying work or deliverables that can be completed fast and start generating money.
Generating money depends on different points of view. If I perform a project for an external customer a fast win would relate to early invoicing. When I am the customer, I may want to have deliverables created faster that will provide me with a cheaper than existing solution, or I can integrate them in other projects or solutions.
Identifying fast wins wil help us improve overall financial performance and positively influence our P&L situation.
