Описание: The anti rotational press ( also know as Pallof Press) is great place to begin teaching athletes the concept of anti-rotation. Although as coaches we are aware that the spine has movement capability, many athletes ( both healthy and injured) need to learn how to use the core muscles as stabilizers. A great deal of the motion we mistakenly view as coming from the spine is more often hip internal and external rotation.
