PGR: Who should you target with 100% Rate Ups to Prepare for Dante and Vergil Teams.

With the release of the Thunderbolt manual, we currently have 2 ways for players to guarantee a 100% pull of almost every available S-rank in PGR. The thunderbolt manual will require 15k Black cards if you go to pity (and you should plan to go to pity) but we also just got a reset of the base banner 100% rate up option.

Rather that give my advice on who to target with these 100% rate up options in the terms of "Who is the best unit you don't have" I'm instead focusing on who you should be targeting if you want to have the best units possible to support Dante and Vergil on their respective teams once the DMC collab arrives.

How are you allocating your 100% rate up options? Do you have your DMC teams already set and prepared to go, or are you using the few months we have left before the collab hits global to try and get some of these newer characters built?
