I wanted to be completely transparent about where I am at today. Day 9 is hitting me harder than I expected, specifically with intense anxiety and paranoia.
It’s one thing to deal with the physical cravings, but the mental games are a different story. If you’ve ever felt like your own mind was working against you during recovery, that’s exactly where I am right now. I’m sharing this because I know I can't be the only one feeling this "impending doom" or constant edge.
