Today I completed a Trilogy lock installation on a commercial panic bar (also called a crash bar or exit device). This video shows you the finished installation and how keypad access control integrates with emergency exit hardware.
Panic bars are required by code on many commercial emergency exits, but that doesn't mean you can't upgrade the security on the exterior side. This installation combines code-compliant emergency egress with modern keypad access control.
