If you have problematic knees then the Heel Touchdown is the exercise your body has been yearning for!!
All you need is a small step, book or yoga block!!
Aim for 2-3 sets of 15-20 slow controlled reps per leg
Over time, work towards increasing the height you are using to build up the strength even further!
It’s a great & safe exercise you can do every day, but see how your knees feel after each session - your body will let you know if you need to take a break or if it’s ready for more!
