Minority Leader Alexander Afenyo-Markin has appealed to MPs from the National Democratic Congress to stop displaying placards According to him, constantly portraying Ofori-Atta as corrupt is unfair because he has not been tried or convicted by any court, adding that the former minister’s family is unhappy with the continued public attacks. The issue has also reportedly drawn the attention of the New Patriotic Party Council of Elders, who are said to have summoned Afenyo-Markin to address the matter.
