Here's some clips from the bare knuckle site that I stitched together to help me narrow down a set I wanted to try and figured I share it.
I took out the left side and panned the right side to mono for several reasons, emeralds clip had only a right side channel and no left and it also fixed some of the phase issues some clips had and makes it sound more clear. I did not mess with the volume on any of the tracks so listen carefully to the voicing each pickup has.
Signal Chain: "All the humbucker clips were recorded on the same mid 80s LP custom, which was relatively bright.
We used an AXE FX Ultra:
Modern Metal Rhythm: "PVH 5105" - American high-gain (Peavey 5150)
Modern Metal Lead: "USA Lead 2" - American high-gain lead (Mesa Boogie Mark IV)" - Ben
