Описание: MIXED VEGETABLE SIZZLER RECIPE:
Oil
Garlic and Ginger Puree
Sliced Celery
Green Chillies (optional)
Chilli Sauce (optional)
Light Soya Sauce
Tomato Ketchup
Dark Soy Sauce
White Vinegar
Sugar
Salt
White Pepper
Water
Cornflour mixed with water
Mogo, Veg Manchurian, Crispy Veg, Samosa, & Patra (all battered with a Cornflour & Plain Flour mix)
Spring Onion
Once cooked the above wok stir fried it is served (on top of sliced White Onions) on a hot cast iron sizzler plate (heated to a very high heat on the stove)

VEG MANCHURIAN DRY RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
Vegetable Oil
Chopped Garlic and Ginger
Chopped Onion
Chopped Celary
Chopped Green Chilli
Chilli Sauce
Light Soya Sauce

Pre-fried Manchurian balls (balls made with Cabbage, Carrot, Potato, Green Pepper)
Chopped Green Coriander

GARLIC CHILLI CHIPS SIZZLER:
VEG MANCHURIAN DRY RECIPE INGREDIENTS:

Red Food Colour
Cornflour mixed with water

CHILLI GARLIC MOGO RECIPE:
Same ingredients as the Chilli Chips, but Fried Mogo, White Onion & Capsicum is used instead of the fries

CHILLI GARLIC CAULIFLOWER RECIPE:
Same ingredients as the Chilli Chips, but fried battered Cauliflower is used instead of the fries

Whenever my family and I visit Leicester; Tiranga Restaurant & Bar is genuinely one of our favourite restaurants because the food never fails to deliver on the taste factor and the portion size of the food served up is extraordinarily very generous.
