We speak with Bronwynn Coetzee, an LLB graduate from the University of the Western Cape, and a current LLM candidate, about her recruitment experiences, and a particularly troubling interview for a position as candidate attorney which crossed the line from a fair assessment into criticism and humiliation. What does this abuse of power say about the integrity of the firm, and the culture of the legal profession more broadly? And is such conduct in breach of the profession's standards?
