Scene from the upcoming Nick Valentine / Piper Wright quest mod, "Mind Games", which takes place shortly after you first get back from the Institute.
In this scene, Piper asks you whether you found Shaun and what the Institute is like, before reiterating her distrust of McDonough and asking if you can find proof that he's a synth, now that you're in with the Institute. This leads to a quest called "The Synthetic Truth" where you can either bring Piper the proof or tell the Institute that Piper is a menace, which probably won't end well for her.
