Here is a video tutorial on Matobosha as some of my subscribers had suggested i do. i hope you enjoy trying it out. Leave a comment on how it turns out once you try it. Also comment on what videos you would like me to do next.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cups sugar
1 1/4 cups water
3 cups coconut milk
1/2 tsp milk powder
1/4 cup sultanas
Few drops of vanilla essence

NB: If you use white sugar (like the pure white kind) , your matobosha will turn out much lighter - more white than cream in color.
