Описание: From three-star high school recruit, to Boston College legend, to NFL Defensive Player of the Year - Luke Kuechly's football journey has been a testament to hard work and discipline paying off. Being recruited out of St. Xavier high school in Cincinnati, Kuechly came down to Boston College, Duke, Stanford and Virginia before committing to play for Boston College. He was thrown into a starting role as a freshman and responded with 158 tackles, 13 tackles for loss and All-American honors. Kuechly then racked up 183 tackles as a sophomore and 191 tackles as a junior - earning All-American honors again on top of ACC Player of the Year, the Lombardi Award and more. In just three seasons, his 532 career tackles set the Boston College and ACC record for a career, and he was just 13 tackle short of setting the NCAA FBS career mark.

Kuechly went on to be selected 9th overall in the 2012 NFL Draft by the Carolina Panthers, where he had one of the best careers in franchise history. After being named NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2012, Kuechly took home 2013 NFL Defensive Player of the Year honors - the youngest player to win the award in NFL history. Kuechly made seven straight Pro Bowls and seven straight All-Pro teams following his rookie season, and will go down as one of the best linebackers in the 2010's era.
