I will show you in this video Colourpop’s 12 New Ultra Matte Lips with New Formula. The new formula is thin and comfortable compare to the old formula which was drying and thick like cream at application.

I enjoyed this new formula and new colors from the collection except for the neon shades. Neons are very hard and tricky to formulate even for eyeshadows so I understand. The first three shades are my favorites. (Sunny Side, Gingham and Relay Race)
