The rich viticultural tradition of Cyprus has been kept alive for 6000 years now. Through 7 different exciting wine routes, you can experience Cypriot hospitality and be introduced to the world of the indigenous varieties of our island and many more.
Zivania has a Geographical Indication (GE) and the permitted grapes are Xinisteri and Mavro. It is colorless, highly alcoholic with a slight raisin aroma. The standard alcohol content is 45% vol.
Serve in a shot glass and consume frozen, but not below 0° C, in order to enjoy the wonderful smell of raisins and the special taste of this drink. It is used as a base for cocktails and Long Drinks.
