This is made with a gallon of raw clabbered milk. You can make as much as you'd like at a time.
If you are unsure of what clabber is, it is milk that sits at room temperature for 2-3 days naturally fermenting until it thickens and starts separating from the whey. It can then be used in baking, cooking and other cheese recipes.
