In this video, Dr. Susan is back to get another bodywork session to help alleviate some of the pain she's experiencing on her body due to her sciatica pain and also her participation in pickleball. She still battles sciatica due to her work and there's a lot of tightness in her glutes, hamstrings, and calves. We worked through a lot of the muscles to get all the tightness and pain alleviated. We utilized graston technique, massage therapy, and cupping to get her better.
