PS2 Slim scratching discs - Easy fix!

Here is a common problem that can happen with older PS2 Slim models. It can happen due to old, weakened adhesive on the laser cable. But more often, it's caused by people needlessly removing the cable when disassembling the console, and then the cable doesn't stick back down properly.
I've seen some people really hate on the PS2 Slim for scratching discs like this, but I believe the fix is easy enough for anyone to do themselves! Also, the laser flex cables are very cheap. You can buy them on Ali Express for less than $2.
I’ve also seen people just add tape to stick the cable back down. While there’a no harm in that, the proper fix is cheap and easy enough to do, that it might as well be done.
I thought doing some short fix videos could be cool, while I'm working on longer, more fleshed out videos. What do you think?
