In this session, we give a clear and concise summary of the four most important centers of a triangle, exactly as covered in geometry courses.
We explain:
Incenter (angle bisectors)
Circumcenter (perpendicular bisectors)
Centroid (medians and center of mass)
Orthocenter (altitudes)
Each center is constructed, named, and connected to its geometric meaning and physical interpretation. We also discuss where each center lies (inside, on, or outside the triangle) and why all four coincide in an equilateral triangle.
Toward the end, we briefly connect the centroid to center of mass concepts used later in engineering and statics, with a short bonus explanation for right triangles and simple shapes.
