Miscreants barged into a police station in Uttar Pradesh’s Shahjahanpur and assaulted cops leaving four of them badly injured. The incident happened after some policemen had gone to control violence at a local power station. The mob then gathered around the police station with rods and sticks and thrashed cops. The Assistant Superintendent of Police said that they are in the process of identifying those who attacked the cops and strict action will be taken against them.
