Описание: A commenter asked that I take a look at OpenToonz and/or Tahoma2D. I already had OT on my machine, just hadn't taken the time to look at it.
NOTE: this is a 'first impressions' video. I'll do a follow up series with one of these two, to see if it holds up, and to find fixes for some of the stuff that wasn't obvious first time around.
