Hi guys this is a recipe that I created since theres nothing online that shares a recipe yet, :D
remember to let the cheese strussel to soften up before eating best to eat the next day,
Ingridients are
3 3/4 cup bread flour ( you may add a little bit more if you find it sticky)
60 g melted butter
2/3 cup warm milk
2/3 cup warm water
8 g yeast
1 table spoon sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
For the cheese Streusel
1 1/4 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup plain flour
2 cups or 130g cheese (any cheese of your choice
60 g melted butter ( room temperature
