The ratio I used in the video was for a 16 oz bottle. If you are using a smaller bottle please reduce the perfume oil by half.
Please keep in mind perfume oils are concentrated and much much stronger than a fragrance oil. A little perfume oil goes a long way. Add a little at a time to find your perfect ratio.
