Campus Superstar 2007 - Quarter Final 1B (EP 4)

Описание: Campus SuperStar returned for its second season, featuring 20 talented young singers from Singapore’s secondary schools, junior colleges, and ITEs. After over 4,500 auditionees, 10 male and 10 female finalists competed in weekly live shows, with results based on 70% public votes and 30% judges’ scores. A Revival Round gave two eliminated contestants a second chance before the Semi-Finals and Grand Final.

Hosted by Dasmond Koh and Pornsak, the judging panel included Li Feihui, Jim Lim, and Music Director Jimmy Ye. On 25 August 2007, 13-year-old Shawn Tok from Loyang Secondary School won, defeating Keely Wee from Victoria Junior College by earning higher judges’ scores and stronger nationwide phone and SMS votes, with a final score of 58% to 42%. Shawn was the first previously eliminated contestant to win and closed the season with a heartfelt performance of Gary Cao Ge’s 《世界唯一的你》. The season also introduced future stars Xu Bin and Stella Seah and was the last to feature gender-based categories before the format changed.
