More people are calling South East Queensland (SEQ) home and with this growth comes many exciting opportunities but also some challenges around ensuring we allocate appropriate land for future generations to live, work and play.
The Land Supply and Development Monitoring report provides the community with easy to access information so they are well informed about land supply and development in SEQ.
The data in this report will be used by state and local government to better plan for well-designed and connected communities. It will inform decision making to ensure we have the right infrastructure, housing and jobs we need in the right locations now and into the future.
It’s important we continually monitor land supply and development activity to ensure we have appropriate land available and to maintain SEQ’s enviable lifestyle and unique characteristics.
