This patriotic eagle flag wreath was made using a UITC Wing Wreath Board, brown fabric decomesh, black decomesh, 1.5" double sided stars and stripes ribbon along with a daisy chain decomesh fold and a custom hand painted 6” eagle head by artist Iveth Wright, link below.
