Welcome to my YouTube channel! Happy Mother's Day! Today's video is of two blooms- one Dutch and one traditional. What's the difference? Not much- same technique but I just used normal paint for the Dutch bloom and paint using the Valspar tintable base c for the traditional bloom. Honestly, I prefer the Dutch bloom but please let me know what you think!
