fly recipes w fryer ep.07 - lazy lasagna

2 tbsp olive oil
7 cloves garlic
1 red onion

sauté till translucent

1/4 red bell pepper
1/4 yellow bell pepper
1/2 pack button mushrooms (100g)
salt pepper

sauté the vegetables till they’re cooked fir 3-4 min

1/2 cup tomato purée

simmer for 7 min till raw smell is gone

1 tsp oregano
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp sugar
5 basil leaves
1 tbsp butter
2/3 cup cream

simmer for 5 more min till sauce is rich and creamy

sauce - lasagna sheets - pesto - processed cheese - repeat - mozzarella - red jalapeños

airfryer setting: 190°C for 15 min
