A St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department officer was injured in a crash Monday morning. According to SLMPD, the officer was struck by a vehicle in the express lanes on Interstate 70 near Shreve Avenue. It originally started with a carjacking investigation and led to a chase, SLMPD said in a press conference. FOX 2's Chad Mira reports.
