Not in a selfish way, but in a respectfully self-loving consideration of oneself.

Have you ever been in those situations where you making a conscious effort to identify whether productive or unproductiveness is coming not only from yourself but what's going on around you?

👏Hopefully this is a practice that is happening often as I try to incorporate it into my everyday life after years of going through different things.

I've learned that what comes from us says a lot about who we are, but there's also things that may be out of character which can be strong indicators of things going on around us as well as out of our control.

Self- Awareness 🥰 It's a beautiful thing when we understand it and how it impacts our lives on the day to day basis.
