Rainbow Bloom Spun out! Bloom Techique using Hairdryer Sheleeart Technique

Recently started wetting the pigments with my Amsterdam Pouring medium. Smallest amount, just to dissolve them.

Base layer paint (Homebase Pure Brilliant White Silk)

Mixed pigments and tube paints with 3 parts vivid enamel 1 part triple thick polyurethane varnish by rust-oleum

If I needed to thin out the tube paints after the enamel mix was mixed in, I added a small amount of the varnish until they matched the pigments consistency.

Other Bloom Recipes that I use:

3 parts valspar wood and metal v700 base c
1 part Polyurethane gloss varnish (jo sonja or folk art)
or

3 parts vivid enamel
2 parts polycrylic
