Shitali breath (Sheetali pranayama)
sitting comfortably
either roll tongue or place tip of tongue behind top of front teeth
The inhale is through the rolled tongue or over the front teeth, exhale nose.
repeat for 2-3 minutes
This breathing techniques clams the mind, Cools the body , believed to aid reducing blood pressure & manage an alleviating fever
ideal if having a hot flush (perimenopause /Menopausal) or over heating due to physical activity.
