Описание: Late march swanage held the annual spring steam gala. I was fortunate to be able to attend this gala as a for the first time in swanage history preserved and operational history that a hall class has traveled on swanage metal. 4953 pitchford hall from the Epping and ongar railway and Ivatt 2mt tank 41313 from the Isle of Wight railway visited the railway for there gala along side running with there home fleet including 34070 “manston”, u class 31806, T3 563 and lastly returning from the watercress line 34072 “257 squadron “ to also attend the gala. Overall the gala was a fantastic and with the often lineside fires it didn’t have and seriously mishap.
