The front gate is the worst place to buy them
Buy them in advance, Costco, AAA

Express Pass - $250 in the summer

2 - Getting to Universal Studios
Parking: $25
Uber/Lyft is a good option
Even better is the LA Subway (Metro) --
Shuttles from Anaheim hotels

3 -When to go
Avoid summer if possible - Crowded, hot, and expensive
Weekdays are the least busy
Use one of the “crowd tracker” sites to gauge how busy it will be
One day is good enough, it’s a small park

The most iconic ride here. 45 mins long.
Ride it in the late afternoon or early evening for shortest waits
Pay attention to the closing time
Avoid the back row of the cars, thats where the engine is
