I go for refuge to the Buddha. This has become the root mantra. by the grace of the guru, life has become Meaningful.

ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཞབས་པདྨ་འདི་ནི། དད་པའི་མེ་ཏོག་བཞད་ས་ཡིན།
ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བྱམས་བརྩེ་ཉིད་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས། ཡོན་ཏན་གྱི་ཞིང་ས་མ་ལུས་འབྱེད།
ཡོན་ཏན་གྱི་ཞིང་ས་མ་ལུས་འབྱེད།
In the lotus feet of the guru, blooms the garden of faith. It is the guru's love and compassion that reveal the field of knowledge. They reveal the field of knowledge.

ཡང་དག་ཆོས་ཀྱི་ལམ་དང་། ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཞབས་ནི་དད་པས་སྐྱབས་སུ་འགྲོ་ས་ཡིན།
སྐྱོ་ཤས་ཀློང་ན་བླ་མ་ཁྱེད་ཉིད། ང་ཡི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ལྗོན་པར་བསྟེན།
བླ་མ་མཁྱེན་ནོ། བླ་མ་མཁྱེན་ནོ། བླ་མ་མཁྱེན་ནོ། བླ་མ་མཁྱེན་ནོ།
The path of Dharma is the feet of the guru; that is where I find my devotion. In renunciation, I consider the guru to be my Bodhi tree.

གཞན་ནི་ཅི་ཡང་མི་མཁོ་ལ། བླ་མའི་ཐུགས་རྗེ་བྱུང་ན་འགྲིག
ས་དཀྱིལ་འདི་ཡི་ཆ་ཤས་ཀུན་ཏུ། བླ་མའི་ཐུགས་རྗེ་བྱིན་རླབས་གནས།
Nothing else is needed when the guru is with me. In every corner of the world, there resides the guru.

ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་གསུང་ཟབ་ཐོས་པ་ན་། ང་ཡི་མགོ་བོ་དུད་སོང་།
སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ལམ་ནི་དགེ་འདུན་ཏེ། གྲོགས་དག་དད་སེམས་འདི་ནི་འགྱུར་མི་སྲིད།
Hearing the guru's profound words, my head bows down.
The path of the Buddha is a community; this mind will be unwavering.
