i don't know about you, but it has been perfect nap weather recently. cold, cloudy, snowy and just the kind of day that makes you want to snuggle in with a blanket. so, here is a 15 minute nap with gentle wakeup to keep you feeling warm and cozy. as always, i will gently wake you up once your nap is over, but if you are a particularly deep sleeper, i recommend setting an alarm.
