Similarly, the claims of "home-grown economic reforms'" also raises questions as to how can it be home-grown if PM and his ministers hire foreign experts for budget-making and also say that IMF has placed tough conditions on Pakistan for reforms. What should Pakistanis believe? Home-grown or IMF-dictated?
