AES International Conference on Automotive Audio 2019

Описание: Chaired by Alfred Svobodnik, the AES International Conference on Automotive Audio 2019 the event took place at the Audi Driving Experience Center in Bavaria, September 11 - 13, 2019.

The role of audio in the automotive industry has changed significantly. The rapidly growing importance of electronics, software, connectivity and autonomous driving poses major challenges to the audio departments of automotive manufacturers and suppliers. In addition, new fields of development have emerged, sound systems are not only part of the infotainment system, they are also used to shape the sound of cars, i.e. the sound of the car itself due to its movement and thus sound generation.

The AES International Conference on Automotive Audio provided an overview of the progress made since the last conference two years ago and gathered the leading global authorities in Automotive Audio for three days. Automotive manufacturers and suppliers represented new solutions for shaping the user experience (UX), showcased new technological insights, demonstrated possibilities on how to develop sound systems in the virtual reality, addressed new requirements in the emerging field of car sound design and hosted exhibitions and demos showcasing the latest automotive audio technologies.
