-2 lbs. Red Potatoes, washed and cut into cubes
***toss potatoes with 1-2 Tbsps Ranch Seasoning and oil. Bake at 400 degrees until fork tender. Add to a bowl, along with...
-3/4 Cup Mayonaise
-3/4 Cup Sour Cream
-1/3 Cup Cooked Chopped Bacon
-2 Tbsp Ranch Seasoning
-Salt and Pepper to taste
-5 green Onions, chopped
-1 Cup Sharp Shredded Cheddar Cheese
-3 Chopped Hard Boiled Eggs
***Gently toss to combine. Best Served Warm.

📌Crockpot Mac & Cheese:
**** In The place of the 3/4 pound of White America Cheese, I used 6oz shredded Colby jack Cheese and 6 oz. Velveeta Melting Cheese.

-4 Tbsp Melted Butted
-1/4 tsp EACH Salt & Pepper

-1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

-4 Tbsp melted Butter
-1 Sleeve Crushed Ritz Crackers
******Bake a 375 degrees for 35-45 min. Cool 5 minutes before serving
