Sri Lankan Street Foods Fried Rice

Описание: SRI LANKAN STREET FOODS FRIED RICE: In this video, we show you how to make a delicious and the famous Sri Lankan Fried Rice recipe. For this recipe we used 3 tbsp’s of vegetable oil. Adding more oil gives more flavor. Typically, this fried rice looks oily. In addition to that, do not use more that ¼ of sesame oil or fish sauce. As serving suggestions, you can serve this dish with chili paste and chicken gravy.

Ingredients (3-4 servings):
Cooked Rice 750g
Chicken 250g
Carrot 30g
Leeks 30g
Garlic 5-6 cloves
Eggs 2
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Sesame Oil ¼ tsp
Fish Sauce ¼ tsp
Vegetable Oil
Chili Flakes 1 tbsp
Black Pepper ½ tsp
Salt to taste
