🎯 Job Responsibilities:

Handle IT support incidents and service requests

Troubleshoot technical issues via voice, email & chat

Maintain ticket management and customer satisfaction

Work with Capgemini’s AI bot (CHIP) for faster resolution

Support clients from Telecom, BFSI, Healthcare, and Tech domains

🧠 Required Skills:

Excellent English communication skills

Good interpersonal & computing skills

Ability to handle pressure and multitask
