How To: Tank Guide - Molten Giant | Vanilla/Classic WoW

Molten Giants should be tanked away from each other due to the 'Smash' ability which does area damage around the mob.

Tanks should have their backs to a wall due to the 'Knock Away' ability which I demonstrated in the video. If you are not careful you may be knocked into another mob or into lava. Always be aware of where you will be knocked to as some giants are tanked in confined spaces surrounded by other mobs.

Pro tip: If your Giant is the first kill target, move it over to the other target once it hits 10% so Melee don't have any down time between switching targets.
