A brief introduction to the TCGA data portal, also know as the Genomic Data Commons Data Portal (https://portal.gdc.cancer.gov/).
This video was recorded from a Clinical Translational Workshop (CTW), or half-day immersion experience in bioinformatics for the Cancer Research Experience for Undergraduates (CREU) 2023 summer research fellowship. The CREU program is funded by a NIH R25 Education grant led by Drs. Mary Reyland and John Tentler at the University of Colorado Denver. The bioinformatics portion of the CREU program was led by Dr. Michael Edwards, CEO of Bioinfo Solutions LLC.
