Here's a simple recipe for making Chicken 65:Ingredients:- 500 grams boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces- 2 tablespoons yogurt- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste- 1 teaspoon red chili powder- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder- 1 teaspoon garam masala- 1 tablespoon lemon juice- Salt to taste- Oil for deep frying- Curry leaves (optional, for garnish)For the marinade:- 2 tablespoons cornflour- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour- 1 tablespoon rice flour (optional, for extra crispiness)- 1 tablespoon red chili powder- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste- Salt to taste- Water as neededFor the tempering:- 2 tablespoons oil- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds- 2-3 green chilies, slitInstructions:1. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well to make a marinade.2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix until all the chicken is coated. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or you can refrigerate it for a few hours for better flavor.3.
