00:00 Introduction
00:13 The Chassis - The single biggest cost for our Teardrops, Custom built for us here at Bear-Campers.
00:52 Preparing the Base - Without a great foundation nothing will last. Oh and the Insulation obsession begins here.
01:08 Making the internal Frame structure - Using 12 mm Birch Plywood, we expertly use templates to create out teardrop frames.
01:41 Mastering the curves - Flexi Plywood is the winner here, it's our secret, soften it slightly then glue it and staple it in place, using the templates, that are removed later.
01:55 Insulation - 25mm Expanded Polystyrene makes the Teardrop Trailer all cosy inside.
02.18 Second Wrap - that's the second layer of flexi plywood making the insulation sandwich.
02:38 Internal Cabinets - Oh that kitchen, 12mm Birch Plywood again here.
02:52 Fiberglassing - Polyester Resin, tinted to match the Flowcoat. Super strong.
03:20 Windows - Beautiful opening windows front and back, and the fixed glazing on the sides, making it an inside outside experience in the Teardrop.
03:41 Door - Custom made for us here at Bear-Campers, but oh it's pretty!
03:59 Draw runners: Making the outside inside kitchen possible. And can carry 120Kg!
04:27 All the little odds and sods.
