Edzések minden vasárnap: 14-16-ig (kezdő) és 16-18-ig (haladó)
This video is about an acrobatic group trained by Adam Deres and Adam Godrosi in Budapest, Hungary. The biggest difference compared to other groups is that the main motivation is not to win a competition or something, but the love of training, body control, "air time" and so on. The main point is to see that you don't have to start this kind of training at the age of 6 to learn all the moves you're dreaming of (though you should :D ).
