Sizzling Beef and Pepper Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
1 tbsp. olive oil or veg. oil
1 boneless beef sirloin steak(1 lb./450g), cut across the grain into strips
1 each Green and red pepper, cut into thin strips
3 cloves garlic, minced
2tbsp soy sauce
2tbsp. oyster sauce
1 white onion, cut into strips
salt and black pepper, a dash
Cooking Procedure:
Step 1 : Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil or veg. oil in large deep skillet on medium high heat. add meat, stir-fry 1 to 2 min. or until done. Transfer to bowl; cover to keep warm.
Step 2: Heat the remaining oil in skillet. Add Garlic, onion and peppers, stir-fry 4 to 5 min. or until peppers are crisp tender.
Step 3: Add the meat that you set aside before, add also the soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and black pepper to the skillet, Cook and stir 30 sec. or until heated trough.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with hot cook white rice or brown rice.
