Описание: A group of Democratic members of Congress plan to boycott President Donald Trump’s State of the Union next week. Trump is set to speak to a joint session of Congress on Tuesday, February 24 at 9 p.m. ET. Instead, at least a dozen Democrats say they’re attending MoveOn and MeidasTouch’s “People’s State of the Union” rally on the National Mall at 8:30 p.m. ET. Senator Chris Murphy said Trump has “made a mockery” of the speech, calling it a campaign rally to “spew hatred and division.”
