Brake Calipers: 350z/G35 Brembo calipers (source locally for best price or even from rock auto)
Discs: https://www.z1motorsports.com/z1-prod...
These regularly go on sale and you can go up or down in quality to change costs (Z1, Rock auto etc, just make sure they are for a 350z/G35 brembo car)

Again, can change the cost of your kit depending on the type/quality of pad you choose (aka +/- $$)

any 9/16th drill bit will work just fine, I got mine at the local auto parts store. But do be careful as I did snap mine on the other side.
